Wir liefern nicht an Paketstationen.
Versanddauer
Nachdem die Bestellung bei uns eingegangen ist, dauert der Versand über DHL 4-5 Werktage innerhalb Deutschlands und 7-10 Werktage innerhalb der Europäischen Union.
Versandkosten
Innerhalb Deutschlands versenden wir über DHL für 4,50€. Ins Europäische Ausland kostet der Versand 9,00€, und weltweit 19,99€. Außerhalb der EU können noch zusätzlich Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen.
Retouren
Wir können leider keine getragenen Artikel, sowie Artikel, deren Hangtag entfernt wurde zurücknehmen.
Rücksendungen
Um deine Ware zurückzusenden, informiere uns bitte mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. Brief, WhatsApp, oder E-Mail) über deinen Entschluss, deinen Kaufvertrag zu widerrufen und schicke die Ware, die du zurückgeben möchtest, an Monika Schulz-Wagner, Paßborghöhe 3a, 22453 Hamburg, Germany

Sobald die Ware in einwandfreiem Zustand bei uns angekommen ist, werden wir mit der Rückerstattung beginnen. Dies kann einige Werktage in Anspruch nehmen.
