After we have received the order, shipping via DHL takes 4-5 working days within Germany and 7-10 working days within the European Union.

Within Germany we ship via DHL for €3.90. Shipping to other European countries costs €9.00 and €12.00 worldwide. Outside the EU, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been worn or items whose hangtag has been removed.

In order to return your goods, please inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, WhatsApp or email) and send the goods that you would like to return to Monika Schulz-Wagner, Paßborghöhe 3a, 22453 Hamburg, Germany
You can use the model withdrawal form from our website, but this is not mandatory. Please note that unfortunately we cannot cover the return costs.
As soon as the goods have reached us in perfect condition, we will start the refund process. This can take a few working days.
